The Mid 70's was a great year for the Telecasters pickups they were bolder and fatter and perfect for Rock, Country, Blues or Punk. Alnico 5 magnet poles with the bridge being staggered using .42 plain enamel wire and the neck standard flat top using .43 plain enamel wire. The bridge will average 6.5 ohms while the neck 7.3 ohms. Actual output will vary as these are hand wound pickups. In some folks eyes these were the best years for the Telecaster, bring those days back with our tribute to the Mid 70's Telecaster Pickups. We have spent years testing different wire and wire makers and only use the finest quality we have found along with period matching bobbins and push back leads to insure nothing but the best sounding pickups. We use .42 Plain Enamel wire for the Bridge and .43 Plain Enamel wire for the neck to retain their true to the period correctness. Each set is hand-wound and scatter-wound, signed, and 100% Made in the USA.
